A new study into osteoporosis by the Medical College of Georgia published this week using WBV was featured in both the Daily Mail (circulation: 2,144,229) and the Daily Express (Circulation: 659,650) as well as the Daily Express Online.

The study found that bone mineral density significantly improved around the hip joint and leg bones after 12 weeks of daily 30 minute vibration sessions. Power Plate has been given a brand mention and with this, so has the celebrity association with names such as Madonna and Cindy Crawford being included in the editorial.

Both pieces also make reference to the impact on the NHS through fractures and breaks caused by brittle bones, and the Daily Mail also discuss a new vaccination that may be used by the NHS to beat osteoporosis.
