World cup 2010: Bounded for “brujita” and the Power Plate

Diego Maradona has got into shape again thanks to the Power Plate® vibration platforms that are used at Barcelona Football Club.

Maradona, in search of specific training methods, received 4 Power Plate® machines, latest generation vibration platforms as used by  elite athletes and everyone in pursuit of a “perfect 10” body. They chose the same machines that are used in Barcelona FC, machines that adapt to the needs of each soccer player.

Kun Agüero,  a key player of the Argentinean National Team  asked for one for his Madrid house, to keep working his muscles. The Power Plate® machine is another common factor amongst the “Ninjas Turtles”, as the 3 players that command the attack in the National Team Tevez, Aguero and Messi, are called.
