Leading with a story on the front cover, the double page feature focused on the different Power Plate classes available and how each one benefits exercisers. From the original workout to TRX Vibe, Louise Payne talks in detail of the benefits of vibration training. Organised as a trial by Entice, editorial reads “If your looking for a toned body by the quickest means possible, Power Plate is the answer.” Later in the same issue, Power Plate is also given as a recommendation to ease post-workout shoulder tension. Celebrity Power Plate fan Dannii Minogue is reported in this week’s Closer Magazine (Circulation: 539,135) to be worrying about her pregnancy weight and plans to use a combination of walking, yoga and vibration training as part of her post-natal fitness plan. Ad Value: £2048.00

Here are a few coverage highlights from the UK. There are a few so I am sending this out as two emails – let me know if you don’t receive both.
Another day and another blog from Carrie Gorman for Elle Online. After a heavy weekend she admits to being keen to get back to her fitness routine at the Harrods studio. She is so keen to prepare ahead of a wedding this week that she is prepared to go every day, even though she has been advised against it.
Marketing Magazine Online posted the new licensing agreement and marketing/PR plans with Williams F1. They highlight the aim of the collaboration is targeted at the men’s fitness market. Featuring the official marketing image, they mention the new pro6™ machine and a quote from Nilesh Pandya.
Anna Brown for Natural Health Magazine (Circulation: 60,000) tackled the age old summer dilemma, ‘How to ditch the dimples’. In the piece she talks to personal trainer John Lindsay at the Fitness Cafe who recommends training on a power plate to encourage lymphatic drainage. Ad Value: £195.00
Presenter and model Gail Porter reviews the Fortina Resort and Spa in Malta for the Daily Mail Online. Among her activities she mentions that the hotel gym houses a Power Plate machine and editorial reads “a machine that gives you the equivalent of a full body workout in just 15 minutes”.

I hope you are all keeping well. Here’s a quick update of the coverage highlights from the last few days.
The Daily Mail (Circulation: 2,082,352) on the 17th May looked at ‘How to get great summer legs’ in the Life & Style section. Starting off with toning, Kate Melhuish describes the approach of the Thalgo collaboration and explains the benefits of Power Plate training as a “High speed workout”. Placed by Entice, this beauty piece also featured on the online version of the publication. Ad Value: £3206.00
Rita Amartey for Black Hair and Beauty Magazine (Circulation: 35,000) has been trialing the Power Plate classes at the Harrods studio for a month as part of her challenge to get bikini fit for the summer. Combining different methods of creams, exercise and surgery, Rita explains how vibration training works on the body and describes the class as a full body work out in 30 minutes. Ad Value: £220.00
Carrie Gorman continues to enjoy her Power Plate classes and has given a 3rd positive blog on Elle Online. Although she describes how tough her recent circuit classes have been, she has admitted to getting hooked to the 30 minute format that she can fit into her busy schedule.
Cosmopolitan Online featured Power Plate as part of a news story titled ‘Boob busting exercises’. Working with Entice, Rebecca Twomey discusses the targeted approach of the Thalgo collaboration and gives full credits to both companies.
